In order to qualify, all prospects need to comply with the following requirements:

Criminal history
Eviction - Prospects with Eviction history won't be allowed
Credit - Prospects need a credit of 600 or above
NO SMOKING
NO DRINKING
NO illegal drugs
Permanence: at least 1 year in each of the last 2 residences
RENTAL Income: At least $2,000 per month - Need to provide recent proof of income (pay stubs or other)
Income stability - at least 6 months with same source of income
Good Recommendation from past landlords - proof of address
Rent punctuality - never late
No pets allowed
Vehicles - max 1 car
Maximum number of tenants per room: 1
Cleanliness: very clean

You will be renting a room and sharing the kitchen/living room where available and bathroom. You are required to sign a contract in which you will comply with the regulations of the house. These regulations are set to make sure there is a good, clean and quiet environment that all tenants can enjoy.
